To all our Customers and Staff,
Ace Golf Riverview is planning to cease operations at the close of business on May 4th. A developer has obtained zoning for a medical center and single family homes. If all goes as planned, the developer will own the property as of May 22nd. There is always a possibility of some change that delays or stops the sale, but it is looking very likely that closing will happen.
We will continue to offer quality services and conditions until closing May 4th. Though we have been impacted by the hurricanes, we will continue to restore services and facilities. All other services and facilities, minus a few trees, are back in operation.
Thank you all so much for 22 years of patronage! It is very sad for us to sell the property, but my wife and I are now in our 60s and planning to retire. Due to the increased value of the property for development, it would not have made sense to sell as an ongoing operation. Also, as the facility has aged, it would require substantial investment to update.
We will start liquidation sales during the holidays and continue up until closing May 4th. Following that, we expect to have an on-site auction prior to the May 22nd sale. Thank you again, and we hope we will continue to see all of you through this spring.
